oops..
I have let way too much time pass. It has been a crazy year, but I'll try to come back now. I bought some Lancome around winter break and got some freebies, so I'll share my experience with them. I bought the dual finish foundation compact, and to be honest, I'm not too happy with it. Within hours my skin is more oily than it is without it. I wouldn't recommend this for oily or combination skin. Also tried their foundation and it made me break out pretty bad. I do have something good to say about Lancome though, their lipsticks feel great and their make-up remover is to die for.

It feels like forever since I've posted on here. I spent a couple of weeks in New York and did a bit of shopping. I found all these goodies at super reduced prices:
And I received the Serena Williams set of nail polish by OPI as a gift. I'm excited to try these out.
Tokidoki compact: $4.95 at Sephora
Pop eyeshadow palette: $5
kitty make-up bag: $3 at Hot Topic

Glittersniffer!!: Mini Halloween collection
It's about time I get around to trying this stuff out! I got this in the mail a little while ago and I've been dying to try it. I've been working and doing other things so my pretties have been all lonely. First of, my package arrived about 3 days after I ordered, which was fantastic!! It was wrapped sooooo cutely. Also, I love that it's a mini collection so you get a feel for what their products are like. Here's what I got:
all that at $5...not bad at all.
annnnnd they also threw these in:
I'll have to post pictures in multiple sessions because I refuse to wash it off. Here's what the green and orange pigments look like on my skin:
No primer, just the pigment. I'm in love with the green! I'd been searching for the perfect green and this may be it. The orange is gorgeous as well. It's hard to find a good orange, but I'm fond of this one. Look out for more photos in the next few days, I'll try to have pics of all the colors by this weekend.

Skeleton Hands
I had these little plastic skeleton hands lying around and I finally got around to doing something with them. I'm not sure when exactly I'll wear these out, but I think they're fun!

All I ever wanted, all I ever needed is here...in my blog!
I never know what to tell people when they ask me what I want. I want a lot of things! I really never know where to start. This may just end up being a shopping list, but I must have these before 2012! I may add a couple more things, but I'm not THAT difficult to figure out.

Lush Charity Pot
After a long, cold morning at work yesterday I decided to pamper myself a bit. I took and nice long hot shower and used the Charity Pot lotion all over afterwards. When I woke up, my skin felt fantastic! It was just what I needed because my skin was chapped and a little itchy from the cold weather. I've also been keeping it in my purse to use on my hands during break. The smell isn't for everyone though. I love it, though, because the scent is very subtle.

Grand Opening of Tokyo Japanese Lifestyle
This new store opened up in the Roseville Galleria so I paid a little visit after work. They have some pretty cute stuff there. It's pretty small and the selection isn't as exciting as I expected but I still managed to find some goodies. I picked up some little containers with pink hearts on them. They came in a pack of 3. I ordered some makeup from Glittersniffer Cosmetics this morning so I plan to put some of the pigments in these containers. I can't wait for my order to come in!! While I was at the mall, I stopped by Lush and picked up a Charity Pot. They now have a smaller size which sells for $5 and can fit in your purse. I also went into Spencer's for a minute and found the love of my life! It's a Starlight pillow pet thing! If you don't know already, Starlight is Rainbow Brite's horse. After a stressful day at work, it's nice to have something to cuddle up with. Here's a picture of all my new goodies:
and here's a close-up of the little plastic containers:
